Matteo has recently offered his consulting services to the well know Eden Garden Macquarie Park and the prestigious Candelori's restaurant in Smithfield.
Matteo was featured several times in publications such as the Good Food, Gourmet Traveller, Broadsheet, Qantas Travel Insider, R&C magazine, Escape and many more.
He has also joined various interviews and talks on SBS radio sharing his knowledge and passion for food with the public.
Matteo has proudly been (and continue to be) involved in various charity events such as the Bestest for kids 2018 and 2019 and the CEO Cook-off for OzHarvest.
